Studying Math is different from studying other subjects because you use a different part of your brain. If you miss a day or days, the mathematical mind-set is gone and you have to start all over again to build it up. If you find it hard to sit still and study for 1 hour straight through, build up to it. Once you get used to 20-minute study sessions, increase the time to 30 minutes.
