The principal should avoid closed discussions with each teacher individually, and attempt to keep the conversation transparent to both involved parties. So, few teachers take the effort to battle the continual emotional response of the student and their parents. The ability to write technically is ignored for the same reasons. However, the State of Texas does require the skills, so the student candidate should take as much time to practice the skills.
