The room was immaculate with a view and I appreciated the contemporary-style building. Fab hotel with very pleasant staff and free wi-fi. Absolutely perfect location at a short distance from calypso queen. The beach nearby was sandy and the view was marvellous. You guys made our stay really nice. Relaxing hotel, immaculate rooms, the stuff was especially helpful.

The views and facilities were amazing. Breakfast was simple and a great way to start the day. Great location, nice hotel and rooms. An hour later we are back at the bar, wet and cold to the bone.
Absolutely perfect location, 10 minutes’ walk to sand key bridge. This was a clean and outstanding hotel. Breakfast was outstanding, food was always different! The jewel in the crown was skilled staff.
The nearest airport is St Petersburg-Clearwater Airport, 15 km from the property. Rooms feature a flat-screen TV with cable channels. A refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave are provided as well. Rooms offer a city, Gulf of Mexico, or pool view.

All in all everything was very good, but we had terrible bathroom. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic and the location was top. Staff were eager to help and some of them were active.
You can’t park in your assigned parking spot bc other people park there whenever they want. The new management company is now charging for included amenities and raising rents and fees. Residents don’t clean up their dog’s waste. This used to be a nice place to live, new management has ruined that in less than two months. I really lucked out with timing and was able to get a riverfront unit. I love the amenities (even though I don’t use them much).
The location was cool, close to a nice beach as well as boardwalk. The main bar in the property had lots of free hot beers, wines and liquors throughout the day. The location – charming and the staff – impeccable, the bed was incredible. The view from my room was extraordinary.

Great place to live….at least now it is. Exceptionally helpful staff, absolutely perfect room & clean enough hotel. Our room had an exceptionally comfortable bed and a breathtaking view. Location was quite comfortable, 0.5 miles to Clearwater Air Park airport, perfectly reachable. Liked poolside bar & bottled drinks.

Enjoyed ice and cream creamery, it was 4-6 minutes walking distance the hotel and offered nice treats… Impeccable hotel, extremely gracious staff, extremely pleasant room, luxurious bathroom. Had wonderful stay overall, adorable place and the weather was beautiful.
The new staff (Felicia and Ben) are amazing! I have seen some great progress since management has changed to Greystar. I have lived here for 2 years and can honestly say the building has never looked so good. I absolutely love my apartment and my RVA city/ James river views. The amenities are great as well, I wish other tenants would be more respectful of them. Only problem is with the dog park, I am hoping this will get mulched soon!
Factors that influenced these ratings include building design, construction, exterior spaces, and amenities. I stayed at this hotel for weekend, it was a good stay. Always clean and family oriented place, welcoming staff. Gorgeous room, bed was comfortable enough plus there was a modern bathroom. Lots of yummy hot waffles and scrambled eggs, I loved it. By and large, it was excellent base for sightseeing in Clearwater Beach, had much fun and met pleasant staff at check-out.

Food was absolutely delicious and rooms were very fresh and fabulous. Eggs and hot waffles provided in the morning. The fairly friendly staff made our experience really really nice. Pool with the ocean view was heated. Would stay here again, the hotel was fairly clean, and location near to the South beach was unbeatable!
